Well as most of you know, Mom was diagnosis with pancreatic cancer that had spread to her stomach . We first took her to the ER on July 13th at which time they diagnosed it , sent her to Memphis, found that it had spread and then said there was nothing they could do. Since then she has been in the hospital 3 out of 5 weeks and is now on hospice. Most of each day she spends sleeping (in a hospital bed now) and trying to control the pain. She tires easily. Due to this the hospice nurses have put a sign on the door saying she is too sick for visitors but the she loves you all. Several people have asked what they can do. What we suggest is a card or note sent to 6051B Ellington Cove, Milan, TN 38358. She loves both and can read them when she is feeling good. She has good days and bad but more bad than good. I will try to update daily so everyone will know what's going on. Thank you all for the kindness you have shown to us all. We are so blessed and so grateful to have so many people who care.
