Doing a Caring Bridge site for such a vibrant, active man seems absurd, but in order to keep friends and family in the know of James’ health journey, this site has been formed. Shockingly, James suffered a massive heart attack on Saturday March 6. James might be slight in build but he is a fighter and a strong man and he will overcome. Doctors are skeptically hopeful in his recovery saying it will likely take a while for his full recovery. There will be many challenges ahead for him and a lot is still unknown, but we are very thankful for modern day medicine, for a fast EMT response time and state of the art medical equipment that is keeping his damaged but loved heart beating. Sassy Cow Creamery will carry on, Jenny and his girls are shocked but hopeful; finding untapped strength in the unexpected and people are coming out of the cornfields to fill in the gaps. I am grateful that Jenny is able to sit with James in the hospital. Life is precious, hug your loved ones… and drink milk. We will keep everyone posted on this site as he progresses in his recovery. Thank you for your concern and love. We appreciate all the outpouring love.
