On December 8th Jay suffered his second stroke in three months. He was admitted to the Cardiac ICU at Sanford Hospital in Fargo. At this time he is breathing through a Tracheostomy, with ventilator assitance. Because the strokes occurred on both sides of his brain, mobility is very limited. He is unable to speak or swallow. Jay is responding to commands, and is undergoing Physical Therapy. And, through all of this, he continues to retain his sense of humor.
