We've created this site to keep friends and family during Jay's treatment for multiple myeloma, a treatable but incurable blood cancer. Jay had an autologous stem cell transplant at UW Hospital in November 2015 and an allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplant at Froedtert Hospital Aug. 2, 2017.

Jay's cancer fighting team includes his wife Mary, daughters Megan, Erin, Jayne, his son-in-law Nick,  and dog grandchildren Mrs. Brisbee and Korbelle.

Here's what you can do:

- sign up to receive email notifications and Jay's treatment
- make a gift to Jay's Medical Expense Fund (http://gofundme.com/bigcahuna) to support our family during Jay's treatment
- leave a note in our Guestbook or a note on our journal entries
- pray, send good vibes, and repeat our favorite saying adapted from a Buddhist prayer: May you be free of suffering, and experience joy and ease
