Jaxson was diagnosed with Relapsing Polycondritis in 2015, and as some of you know I (jax mommy amanda) finally got my official diagnosis in 2017. It's rough but I'm hoping this site can shed insight on our journey or even leave clues to help those who are researching the Diease. Jax is an amazing boy.
