Terri just successfully underwent jaw joint replacement surgery today, Nov 28, 2017, ending her 3 1/2 stint of being wired shut on a liquid diet.

Terri underwent jaw joint replacement surgery this Thursday August 17 at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago. She has had continued bone growth since her first jaw joint surgery 17 years ago so it is time for an upgrade. This surgery is the first of two. This time they will go in and remove the excess bone and her left artificial jaw joint. Her mouth will be wired shut for 8+ weeks until a new jaw joint can be manufactured.

Terri will be out of work for approximately a month and we have family here to be with her. We appreciate prayers for a complete and speedy recovery.
