Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.

This has been one of the scariest experiencces of his parent's lives. His mother, Aubrey posted the following:

"Jason was flown to Salt Lake on October 3due to some stomach issues and we almost lost him. It has been very touch and go but he is out of surgery and doing a little bit better. Two different places in his small intestine had been twisted and those parts of the intestine died. That caused an infection and caused him to become very ill. They cut out two different sections and were able to reattach them together. His abdomen will stay open until about Wednesday to allow room for swelling and to make sure they do not have to take anymore out. This was a very rare thing to happen the way it did and we are lucky it was caught in time. We have a very very sick little boy on our hands and will be at Primary's until further notice. All prayers would be appreciated and much needed."

The family isn't sure what to expect for Jason's recovery, however they will be missing work and have cost associated to staying in Salt Lake away from home. Any help is very much appreciated.
