Jan Shaffer

Jan suffered a stroke on December 20th, 2016. She is at her home with her family and amazing professional caregivers. 

We want to thank all of you that have visited and also sent your love and encouragement.

We welcome your visits.  While 1pm to 4pm is a really good time to come by any day of the week, we welcome you outside that time frame too.

We know that Jan enjoys seeing her friends.  

Again, we are so appreciative of all the love and support and will update this site if there are any changes to our situation.

Just some info for those that might plan on a visit. Jan can speak a very little bit but doesn't very often. She does enjoy hearing about what is going on and also being read current event articles or anything you might think she would enjoy. Just the company of friends sitting quietly is welcome too.She can enjoy soft foods, so if you know anything that she is very fond of that fits the category that would be welcome.Thanks so much for all your good thoughts and wishes.
