Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.

Janice experienced an extremely rare Inflammatory Cerebral Amyloid Angiopathy with a stroke-like episode Saturday afternoon, February 16, 2019. She was rushed to the Rex Hospital Emergency Room via ambulance. She was seen by a Neurologist who identified the rare disease. Early Sunday morning she was admitted to the 6th floor where she received high dose steroid treatment until Wednesday at 3 PM when she was transferred to Hillcrest Raleigh at Crabtree Rehabilitation Center > 3830 Blue Ridge Rd, Raleigh, NC 27612.

Visitors are welcome any time, with posted visiting hours from 8:30 AM - 8: 30 PM.

We thank and praise God for His wisdom, provision, protection. His grace is sufficient and we have been clinging to Him through this time. As needs have arisen, God has provided. Your prayers are coveted for Janice's therapy, recovery, healing, and adjustment as the days and weeks go by. Our prayer and hope is that Janice will be restored and be able to live on her own at home again.
