Jane Skillen

Welcome to my mother's Caring Bridge website. We hope this will be a connection opportunity for people wishing to communicate with her and her extended family. 


I would like to offer a brief version of her health status. Roughly four years ago, Jane received a diagnosis of endometrial cancer and went through several rounds of chemotherapy. She has received excellent care, up to and including a clinical trial that we hoped would slow the progression of her disease. In the last month  it has become clear that the clinical trial is no longer an option and we have transitioned her to a hospice care team at home.


She is comfortable and at peace with the decision to be at home with her family members. We are all glad to be able to help her continue to live that way for as long as possible.
