Thank you so much for joining me on this journey. This is not a journey anyone looks forward to or expects to travel but I am so thankful for all the love and prayers and friends walking beside me.
This journey began with a routine mammogram at the beginning of the year, followed by a second mammogram to check some spots the doctor noticed and wasn’t comfortable leaving unchecked. The second mammogram results lead the doctor to request a biopsy be done. The biopsy was done on Monday March 11th. Tuesday March 12th I got the call that it was breast cancer.
