Jamie Sullins

Friends, I want to thank you all for your support and prayers. On May 10, 2020, I was sucker punched by two autoimmune diseases. Landing me in the hospital on and off for several weeks over the summer of 2020. My first autoimmune diagnosis was scleroderma. Scleroderma with renal crisis caused my kidneys to stop working. Myasthenia Gravis was my second diagnosis. MG weakened my diaphragm, making it very difficult to breathe. I am so very thankful for the wisdom of my doctors who were able to identify these 2 hard to diagnose autoimmune diseases and treat me accordingly. My kidneys never made a comeback, therefore I do dialysis at home daily. We are here today with a much happier story.  A selfless donor is giving one of her precious kidneys to me on January 3rd.
