Mom’s surgeries went well yesterday. The first one, in the morning, was to take out the port she had from her Chemotherapy, and the second, later in the afternoon, was to put in the pacemaker, in the same opening.  She was pretty sore from the second surgery, and tired from the pain meds, when I left her last night around 6.  She is set to be released today, as long as the doctors say she is cleared to go.  She won’t be able to lift anything more than 5-10 pounds with her left arm, and her right arm has the laceration and the cracked rib is on her right as well, so she and dad will be staying with us for the recovery period, about 3 weeks.  Thank you all for the prayers and well wishes.
