Welcome to my CaringBridge site. This site will be used to keep family and friends updated in one place. I will write weekly journal posts detailing my journey. Many times my post may not be happy but I want to share the good and not so happy times with everyone. Hopefully, my site will bring other children and adults that have experienced Hodgkins Lymphoma hope and know they are not alone. I appreciate your support and words of inspiration and encouragement.
My name is Jamea Lee and I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Hodgkins Lymphoma in my neck, chest, abdomen and pelvic area. I would like to share my cancer journey with you. I will be using this site to spread awareness of childhood cancer, spreading words of encouragement and my journey. Not only does having cancer suck but negative feelings can come and take over as well. But through the loving support of friends, family and doctor's you will be given many reasons to continue to fight. I want to make the point about the daily battle of my depression and my continuous fight against cancer. I will be spreading positive aspirations by reminding everyone "that no matter what keeping a positive mindset and believing in yourself through the hard times ", "Clouds only last temporary before the sunlight shines thru".These quotes have really kept me in good spirits along with my spiritual healing.
