Jacob is 15 yrs old and in February we found out that he has Osteosarcoma which is a form of bone cancer. Jacob has now started chemo therapy for this type of cancer. He misses going to school, seeing his friends, and doing gym. His brother Lee has his back and helps him as much as he can to help Jacob stay strong.
