Thank you for wanting to keep up with Jack. He is loved by so many friends and family. His journey will be long, but with the support of everyone, he will continue to get better each and every day. God has a plan, and although this was an unexpected challenge, Jack is ready to take on this new journey with the love and prayers that his friends and family have given.
