Jack Fitzpatrick

Jack was recently diagnosed with stage 4 esophageal cancer. He is currently receiving chemo treatments for the next 3 months. The doctors hope that they will be able to shrink the tumor, the cancer has spread to his liver as well.  
He lives in Illinois with his wife Kathy, they moved there 3 years ago. They are originally from New York. 
Jack is a person who would do anything for you without hesitation. He enjoys time with his family and friends, he is noemally the life of the party that makes everyone laugh.  He knows everyone, he could be traveling 4 states away and somehow manages to run into someone he knows somehow.  His family is one of the most important things in his life, there isn't anything he wouldn't do for them. He would make sure they had what they needed if it meant he went without.
Both Jack and Kathy are on disability with a very limited income, with their medical expenses already high,  they will be struggling to make ends meet with this added medical expense and necessity.  They will probably forgo other medical necessities to make sure Jack gets 100% for these treatments.
They will not ask for help to get through this trying time, but it is help they truly need.
