Welcome to our CaringBridge website. Jack is a former Hopkins police officer, Navy vet, husband to Sue Pratt, father to Mike & Sean Pratt, and grandfather. For those of you who know Jack, he has never met a stranger. Jack Pratt has a huge heart and is always willing to lend a hand. He is loved by many. Jack was diagnosed with stage 4 melanoma two years ago. He had been receiving treatment at Mayo Clinic until treatment became no longer an option. Jack died December 5, 2016. Sue, his beloved bride was unexpectedly diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer in January 2017. This site is used to keep family and friends aware of the unfolding situation.
