Our family has received so much love and support after receiving Jack’s diagnosis of spina bifida (SB) and for that we are forever grateful. We wanted to start this page, more than anything for a “diary” for our family for the days to come. Also, we wanted to be able to keep everyone up-to-date on our adventure.
