For those who don't know, Jack was golfing with a friend on Thursday afternoon (1/7/16) when he showed signs of a heart attack. His friend called 911, the ambulance arrived and planned to take him to Tillamook. They decided his condition was too severe, and instead airlifted him to Portland. 

He had a completely blocked artery and underwent surgery. Two stents were installed to make room for blood flow.
