Born November 20th 1968

Richmondhill Ontario

As of 4 months ago I noticed a small lump on my neck while shaving I first thought that it could be a cold or my tonsils

I booked an appointment and started the process

So after tests ,appointments and waiting rooms it was clear that my right side tonsils needed to be removed upon removal a sample was taken because if a growth on it

So there it was a positive cancer cell attached to it!

The size was 2" x 4" egg size and was also in stage 3 because it was in the lymph nodes

After the initial shock the type of cancer is very treatable and a quick recovery

HPV positive strain C-16 is a viral infection that is one of the fastest growing in males more than prostate cancer

All I was told that this type is easier to visually appear so we were able to attack it quickly I consider myself lucky any further along without seeing it would have ment stage 4 and not long to live

My recovery will be complete by this time next year and I hope for me and my family and friends that this is last time I ever hear the C word again

Laugh smile be good
