You guys, finding out a loved one has cancer is such a punch in the gut. So many people I know have been affected by this terrible disease in some way, and now my family is being affected by it as well. Most people may not know this, but my dad was diagnosed with bladder cancer earlier this year. He was seeing doctors in St. Cloud and learning about his treatment options there. He recently started seeing doctors in Minneapolis who have given him a better plan for his treatment and have been so helpful in answering all of our questions. He currently has nurses coming to our home a couple times a week to check in on him and he will be starting chemo soon. With that said, he will be out of work for an undetermined amount of time.
Howard has been unable to work for quite a while. He has started chemo, and will continue chemo treatments for 8 weeks.
Prayers for Howard and his family are greatly appreciated.
