Dad's health issues started when he lost his appetite, had hip pain, and started to skip meals.  As a result, he was admitted to the hospital with AFIP on 9-3-2019.   After 16 days in the hospital, we were finally able to get him stable enough to transfer to a rehab facility in Greer, SC in order to be closer to family for visits and home cooked meals.   

Dad has an infection in his pelvis area for which he is taking IV antibiotics.  He has a peg feeding tube in his stomach to help restore nutritional balances to his body, as well as a PIC IV system to help his arms not to be a punching bag for IV's.    Now that he is in Greer, SC, the family is able to closely monitor the issues surrounding his care.
