Henry Wolyniec

Hello Friends.
Henry's headache brought us to the ER  where they discovered the culprit: a brain tumor the size of a peach in his brain. Hours later it was surgically removed. It's a stage four brain cancer also known as GBM.  We are getting care at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston where Henry has just entered a drug trial. As of mid-October, he started chemo and radiation for six weeks. Next comes a month off and then the trial drugs start on the first of the year. We'll be at Dana Farber for day visits every few weeks. Henry has stopped working at SPACE and SMCC but continues to work in his studio.  The news knocked us down. The community support has buoyed us up.  Thank you.
