 2017 was a fun year.  Our family had one our best family vacations ever at Broadkill Beach, Delaware.  Karl & I enjoyed time with friends at Cape May and Williamsburg, Virginia.  Many fun times with extended family.  We are so thankful for these great memories.  In the fall I started having pain in my stomach after I ate, but nothing major, just thought it was something I ate that didn't agree with me.  It gradually got worse so I went to the Dr. the Monday before Christmas.  After 2 CT scans & a Endoscopic Ultrasound and biopsy,  I was told I have  rare slow growing pancreatic cancer called Colloid Carcinoma. 
It is such a shock and I will admit very scary.  Our children have stepped up to help with research as we are seeking the Lord for guidance.  I am feeling loved and blessed by so many friends and family as we begin this journey.  Please be praying for me and my dear family.  We are trusting in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
