Updated phone number! June 14, 6 pmOn Wednesday, June 6, Helen had a surgery for Extensive Debridement of the Left Hip and Re-insertion of the Torn Tendon. She came through the surgery with her usual good spirits intact, and would love for you to visit while she is laid-up in bed the next few weeks.

If you would like to bring a meal or two, it would be greatly appreciated by Helen and her caregivers. Please no olives or olive oil, gluten, peanuts, cow dairy (goat or sheep ok), or chicken. Please minimize nightshades (eggplant, bell pepper, tomatoes, potatoes and so on) If you do bring a meal, kindly bring it in a disposable container so that Helen does not have to fret about how to get your meal container back to you.
