Someone just let me know that some of you may be hearing for the first time about Helen.  So to let you all know.
  
   On Aug 3rd Helen had a fall.  She broke her wrist on that fall and
had surgery on it on Wednesday  Aug 10.  In the wee hours Thursday the
11th her sister heard a crash and found Helen had fallen again.  She was
take to St. Al's.  She is recovering from a concussion and undergoing
quite extensive therapy.  Because the brain needs so much rest to heal
and the therapists need her energy for therapy she is not allowed
visitors at this time. 
     If you want to send her a card you can
