Welcome to the Naefke family Heaven Sent Caring Bridge website. It has been on my heart for some time now to start documenting our journey with our little medical mystery. Zaylee is now going on 8 years of age this May and as time has passed more and more of her health issues have begun to evolve. I have so many questions about Zaylee's health as do most everyone in our lives. Through this site together we can watch it all unravel. I would like to keep all our loved ones informed of Zaylee's current health as well as specific prayer requests. We now have reached a point where her health is getting more complicated and i would love to do my best to keep everyone up to date. We are so blessed to have such a wonderful support system around us. We are so grateful for all the love and support and prayer for our family over the years.
