Welcome to our CaringBridge site. We've created it to keep friends and family updated. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement during this time when it matters most. As some of you know, Heather was diagnosed with breast cancer just three weeks ago on June 27th. Our family was still on a "high" from her recent marriage to Cameron on June 4th and we were anxiously awaiting pictures from her wedding. Needless to say, we were shocked and devastated to find out that our 25 year old daughter/sister has breast cancer. Heather made the decision to under go a double mastectomy last Wednesday and she is now resting at home. We hope to update this page with Heather's progress every few days as she continues to heal. Please keep her in your prayers! P.S. Please do not donate to CaringBridge on Heather's behalf. There are other fundraising efforts planned by her friends and we will share those details as they become available.
