Heather Krause Brosey

Welcome to our CaringBridge website.  The purpose of this site is to keep friends and family updated throughout Heather's breast cancer treatment.  For those of you unaware, Heather discovered a lump two weeks ago.  She is currently waiting the results of more tests but the biopsy revealed that the mass was a little over an inch in size and an aggressive form.  Pending the results of medical tests done this week, the plan is for Heather to start chemotherapy for 20 weeks prior to surgery.  

Anyone who knows Heather, knows that she likes to keep an extra busy schedule on top of the typical craziness of teaching middle schoolers, raising three children, and running a farm.  We would like to use this website to give loved ones the opportunity to lend a helping hand, and cut down on stresses in Heather's life during this time.  It can be a lot  for someone to continue raising a family and keep everyone updated on the daily happenings. Heather has felt very loved and grateful for all of the calls, texts, messages, and gestures since her diagnosis.  We thought this page could be used as a one-stop-shop to show Heather how much we care, chip in when possible, and allow Heather and her family to give updates to people without the worry that she forgot to respond to someone.
