On January 30th, Heather was in a head on collision in Arizona. She was the passenger in a vehicle when a car traveling in the opposite direction swerved into her lane and hit the truck she was in head on. Fortunately the driver is okay, but Heather suffered two severely broken legs at her ankles. She was air lifted to the hospital where she underwent the first of 2 surgeries she will need that we know of so far. She has a long road of recovery ahead of her but as you all know she is an extremely strong person and will get through this. In true Heather fashion, her main concern was her four-legged and winged children. The outpouring support of her extended family has been overwhelming as they have all come together to help and take care of her and her animals.
