Heather Akiyoshi

As most of you know, during the time since Thanksgiving, Heather suffered 3 aneurysms and 2 strokes. She passed away peacefully on December 19th at 4:30pm surrounded by family. Please keep her children, Kiarra, Reiko, and Nate, and her fiancé Emilio in your prayers as they navigate this incomprehensible situation. We are using this site to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. 

We understand that the pandemic has been a very difficult time for all. We are opting out of using something such as GoFundMe because they take 18% of every donation and we want every dollar to go to the girls.
