Sophia Kaplanis Hearts for Sophia

A day before her much anticipated summer trip with her family to Greece, Sophia Kaplanis was diagnosed with a rare  muscle/bone cancer called  Rhabdomyosarcoma. Like a true warrior she has taken the diagnosis and treatment with amazing grace,  strength and courage! She is my hero and an inspiration for all those battling this horrible disease. With a positive attitude and an amazing infectious  heart warming smile she will kick Cancers butt! We appreciate all the encouragement and support throughout this battle with this monster. We will win...there is no other option. God bless you and please keep Sophia in your prayers. She loves you all very much.
