This journey began in Manhattan, Kansas, moved to Topeka and has now ended in Kansas City, Kansas. This all began with a bacteria that got into her lungs, causing pneumonia and turning into abscesses on her lungs and sepsis. She has been on a respirator for 16 days now and has had 5 surgeries. Thanks to the University of Kansas Med Center for giving her a last shot at life. She is on an ECMO machine and is working on stabilizing her vitals and repairing her lungs. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.
