Hey. My name is Hannah. Im a sophomore in high school and I have a undefined and terminal heart disease. They diagnosed me with simple super ventricular tachycardia disease last year. Since then I have been told that for unknown reasons my body has began to fail. my heart rate is higher than it should ever be yet my blood pressure is incredibly low.
