Gwen has a long-history of physical challenges she has had to face. Together we have approached each challenge and Gwen has adapted her mind and her body so that she can be successful at all she does. The first word that comes to mind when I think of Gwen is "tough." She is a no-nonsense, sharp little lady. Gwen's latest hurdle is surgery for what is termed Tethered Cord Syndrome. On Monday morning, January 9th, she will have a surgery at Gillette to release the spinal cord. We are not only hoping for a safe procedure, but a successful outcome to the surgery providing Gwen relief to many symptoms and problems that she has.
