Kevin Ansley

Kevin was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis  in January 1998.  From that point forward, he has struggled with his disease and it's ramifications.  So many friends and family have joined us in this journey learning about the disease.  Kevin was able to continually get creative in handling every step back and new disability.  Even now, as he has lost all function, Kevin uses his eyes to communicate via a computer that speaks with an electronic version of his voice.  My husband is an amazing tribute to grace under pressure.  He continually loves all those around him and is grateful for every little thing.  He is a true gentlemen of faith and love.


We are now almost 20 years later and Kevin's journey is now coming to an end.  After 4 hospital stays due to aspiration pneumonia and UTIs, he is tired and ready for God to take him home.  Kevin can no longer breathe on his own and does not wish to continue working so hard to fight God's will.  So he is letting God chose when he should leave this world.  We are bringing Kevin home for one more Christmas.
