I was admitted to the hospital on 3/28/16 for complications of Pneumonia. During my 9 day stay, a CT Scan was performed which revealed enlarged Lymph Nodes. A subsequent Biopsy was administered which confirmed Lymphoma, specifically Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma. The treatment for this form of Lymphoma will require intensive inpatient chemotherapy. I will have 6 cycles of chemotherapy over an eighteen week period with the possibility of radiation if the treatment does not diminish the "squished grapefruit " sized Lymph Node in my chest. This course of treatment will require me to miss at least 5-6 months of work. I will begin my treatment on 4/19
