Welcome to this CaringBridge website, where all of Greg's friends and family can unite in supporting him on his road to recovery.
Greg suffered a massive stroke on Saturday, June 6, 2021. He is still significantly challenged by pain, paralysis on his right side, limited speech and has little mobility. He can still smile! He can roll his eyes in exasperation! He communicates what he's thinking, for sure! But not being able to speak or move as you wish to must be frustrating. He needs our love.
We can make sure Greg knows he's not alone with our encouragement. He is currently living at Monroe Community Hospital in Rochester, NY. Visitors are welcome - in person and on FaceTime!
Greg is a remarkable man, a dedicated educator, a loving family member and generous friend. He deserves our very best support - let's give it to him!
Here's how you can help:
1. Comment on Journal posts so Greg and his family can see the vast number of people cheering them on! Add Well Wishes with photos that tell a story about Greg or will make him smile. Financial Tributes here go to CaringBridge, not directly to Greg (and we're all thankful for CaringBridge!).
2. Visit Greg or mail a card or postcard! Monroe Community Hospital, Friendship 3 East, 435 East Henrietta Road, Rochester, NY 14620. Learn more about Monroe at
https://www.monroehosp.org.3. Email a photo to Greg on his digital picture frame at PhotoFun96@MyNixplay.com. Send current photos or pics of cheerful messages. Beth can add captions for you in you send her the words and photo: Beth@AnAnchoredLife.com.
There is no fundraiser established for Greg's care at this time, but when it is needed it will be linked to this site. Donate words of encouragement and cards!
