Welcome to our CaringBridge site. We've created it to keep friends and family updated. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement during this time when it matters most.

Greg was diagnosed with stage 3A lung cancer on Monday, March 30th.  We were so blessed to have all of our kids here with us for Easter weekend when we got to celebrate the blessing of stage 3A....not 3B or 4! This made our Easter celebration even more meaningful. After a battle with our health insurance company to reverse a denial of benefits....Greg was cleared to begin the full course of prescribed treatments on Friday, April 24th and will begin chemo and radiation on Monday, April 27th.  The doctors are going for a CURE! After four weeks of treatments, they will do another scan to assess progress. We appreciate your love and support as our family goes through this valley and we look foward to celebrating Greg's restored health in the future! Please feel free to send Greg messages on this site and to check in for updates.  I've already found that it's exhausting to keep everyone that we love "in the loop." Your words of encouragement will be so helpful to Greg as he faces this disease.  He has his attorney hat on and he is ready to litigate against lung cancer!  Thanks for your caring support!
