Greg has been in Sanford Hospital in Sioux Falls since 2/14/16. He came to the hospital after becoming confused suddenly. After ruling out other causes it was found that his symptoms were due to lymphoma in his brain and spinal fluid. In 2015 he underwent chemotherapy for lymphoma in his lungs. He is in the ICU in room 2304 and appears comfortable but is on a ventilator. His level of responsiveness varies but is limited to head nods and hand squeezes. Visitors are welcome. Grace is staying with Greg's daughter Brooke and her family and is doing as well as we could hope. There does remain a chance things are reversible but this is unlikely. We remain hopeful but need to be realistic too. Greg and his family appreciate your words, prayers and thoughts.
