Dear family and friends, welcome to our CaringBridge website. We're using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.

Some of you already know that Greg has been diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia, or AML. Some of you may be hearing it for the first time. On April 3, 2019, Greg unexpectedly became a patient at the Blood Cancer Institute of Colorado (CBIC) in downtown Denver. We were shocked to learn that he had leukemia and have been racing to catch up with this overwhelming change to our lives. Although it's taking us some time to let everyone know, we've been so encouraged already by your love, thoughts, prayers, support, emails, phone calls, cards, letters, humor, cookies, packages, flowers and most of all just knowing that you care. As you read our updates, please let us know what's going on in your lives too...it will lift Greg up to hear about your days, travels, kids, pets, work, jokes or whatever you want to share.

As you'd expect, it's helped us all that Greg understands his diagnosis with the knowledge from his medical training. Also as you'd expect, he's caring for and encouraging everyone around him with his smile, good humor, positive outlook and amazing spirit. We're hopeful, scared, encouraged, and sad all at the same time but we're certain that Greg is strong in many ways and that he's in excellent hands.

Thank you for being here. With love,
Greg, Wendy and Sam
