Welcome to Greg's CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated on Greg's health issues in one place. We both appreciate your prayers, support, kind words of hope and encouragement.  Hearing from so very many friends who are dear to us - whether near or far - is like being wrapped in one huge, warm blanket of love. 

Our goal in utilizing Caring Bridge is to make up-to-date information available to each of you whenever you have a moment to check on Greg at your convenience.  I'm sure I've unintentionally overlooked questions or well-wishes via text or email due to the hectic nature of what's going on around us.  We hope you'll bookmark or otherwise save this page so that you can visit often. Each time you do you can send him a comment or personal message or ask questions. We'll answer all questions to the best of our knowledge at the time. 

I learned of this opportunity last week from my sweet friend Donna Foster and I'm still trying to figure it out.   My plan was to begin updates immediately however, the hospital guest website is intermittent at best. I now have internet access will also attempt to chronicle past events, as time permits, that brought us to where we are today.  Selfishly, I believe writing, then reading the printed text, will be therapeutic for me so I hope you'll indulge me the excessive text.  Retracing the steps that led us to Emory University Hospital in Atlanta will take time...something that seems to be difficult to find here and, once realized, all to quickly interrupted. 

As many of you know, Greg is a very private person. He's been more open and willing to share his medical condition and experiences than I would once have thought. That being said, however, we are keeping access to his site on Caring Bridge private, and ask that you do the same.  If someone we know expresses an interest in accessing the Greg's site, please ask them to text or email either Greg or me for log-in information.
