Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.

On August 14, 2019, Grant was found in his Seattle apartment having had a severe stroke. He was brought to Swedish Hospital Cherry Hill Campus where he has had wonderful care first in ICU and now on the Neurology floor. He does not have use of the right side of his body, and no speech. The last two weeks have been difficult for the family as we try to make decisions and plans in Grant's best interest. A huge thank you to Grant's QFC (job) family who were worried about him when he did not show up for work. His church family at Wallingford UMC has also been a God send with visitation, emails, phone calls, and rallying help on the ground in Seattle. Grant's cousin Deb Feay has been our feet on the ground to start many processes that will help in this long-term picture. Cyndy and I working with the care team and case manager to work on the next steps for Grant. This will be a long journey. Keep us in your prayers and we will try to keep you updated about Grant's health changes.
