Hello family and dear friends! As most of you now know, I have been diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer and will be starting chemotherapy on Monday, September 25th. The course of treatment is chemo every three weeks for four cycles for starters...all depends on how I react to the chemo and my lab work. I am confident that I will surely fall into the four cycle category!!! Of course, the one side effect is losing my hair...but that is a small price to pay and in view of the fact that it will grow back, I am not overly concerned about that. So look out if you see me with a red wig!!! Ha Ha...just joking. Will get a wig and also be wearing head coverings.
I promise to provide updates after each treatment, along with other updates as needed. Please continue to keep me in your thoughts and prayers. As many of you know, I am a firm believer in that "Prayer changes things!"
