George Busch

I am George's wife, Brenda. You will not be hearing from him except through me.  He turned 60 a few years ago (his 63rd birthday is next week) and with that birthday comes random aches and pains that your body uses to tell you that you are not young anymore...maybe not old, but definitely not   young. This past summer some aches and pains began that we treated and/or ignored without much concern, chalking it up to being 60-something.  But some inexplicable symptoms persisted through the summer and autumn and October found us in the doctor's office, which led to blood work, which led to a CT scan which led to a diagnosis of Pancreatic cancer, which led us to this caringbridge webiste and this blog.  Please join me as I chronicle this journey.  We know we are not alone.  We know we are loved. We have a great and sure Hope for a future.
