On Sunday, February 23, Gene was brought to Regions Hospital in St. Paul after suffering a severe stroke at his home. He has extensive damage to the right side of his brain, and it is likely that he has lost use of his left arm and leg. As you can imagine, this experience has been very traumatic for Gene. The medical team at Regions have been exceptional in his care and in helping guide us through the process.
We will be using this site to keep family and friends updated throughout his recovery. We urge everyone to use this site as an outlet for support and thoughts. We will do our best to keep everyone updated as much as possible.
