We all know how loved and adored Gabe is...I get asked so many times a day how Gabe is doing, and while it absolutely warms my heart each time someone asks me about him, I thought I would open up an account on this website to keep EVERY ONE equally updated on Gabe and how he is doing. Both Gabe and myself wpuld like to say THANK YOU, FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEART AND SOULS FOR ALL THE CONSTANT LOVE, SUPPORT, POSITIVE THOUGHTS, VISITS, CALLS, AND PRAYERS. You guys mean the WORLD to us. Gabe has been an alcoholic (now almost NINE MONTHS SOBER!!) since, around, 2006 or so, each passing year getting deeper and deeper into the disease. I am not 100% POSITIVE on the date, but around 2011 he was diagnosed with Cirhosiss of the Liver, along with Hepatits C. This was the year that Dr. Liou (Gabes liver doctor) first warned him about what he could possibly be looking at eventually if he kept drinking. This did not stop him. This did not slow him down one bit. He was only twenty-four! Twenty-four year olds don't get Liver Disease, right?! And twenty-something year olds CERTAINLY don't have strokes, or get a terminal diagnoses, right?! Wrong.
