Hello everyone- We wanted you all to be updated.
Fred had not been feeling well since January of this year. He had a bad sore throat that wouldn’t go away. They thought he had acid reflux so they gave meds. Still wasn’t working. He started having heart and blood pressure issues so the throat issue was put aside. He also has a high tolerance to pain.

Still not feeling well, he got lots more tests. His neck started bothering him. After the ENT did a biopsy, they said it was throat cancer. It now spread from his tongue, to throat, to his neck and lymph nodes. He has several tumors. Surgery was out because the one tumor is so large and it would be dangerous.

He will be doing radiation and chemo therapy 5 x week for 7 weeks at Sloan Kettering in BaskingRidge. The doctors state it’s highly curable. It will be a tough and bumpy ride but he is strong!!! Let us hope and pray that he will respond well with the treatments!!! Thank you all for your good thoughts. We appreciate it. 💜

Love, Lori and Dylan
