After being in remission for 12 years,  Frank has now relapsed 3 times in the last 2 years.
The timeline:
7/2005- diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL)
11/2005- Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT)
9/2016-Cancer is back, this time affecting his red blood cells and platelets in addition to his white blood cells which were affected the previous time
3/2017- 2nd Bone Marrow Transplant
8/2017- Relapse, Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) is back
9/2017-Donor lymphocyte infusion (DLI), similar procedure to the BMT but they separate out and give only the donors T-cells
8/2018-Just about to finally return to work and to teaching CCD, but relapse again, AML is back
